Because cases load at the rear and leave from the front, rotation takes care of itself. The oldest carton is always the next one picked.

For port-area food distribution that matters. Dated cases stay in sequence without anyone re-facing shelves.

Sizing Carton Flow Rack Lanes, Wheels and Dividers

Start with your case list: length, width, height, weight and what the bottom looks like. Corrugated with a flat bottom tracks well on wheel rails; soft or uneven bottoms need full-width roller beds.

Lane width follows the widest case in that lane plus a little clearance. Dividers keep narrow boxes from drifting sideways into the next SKU.

Pitch is set to the lightest case so it still moves, with speed control for the heaviest.
